1. Purpose and process of the contest
As part of EICMA 2025 (6–9 November 2025), we are organizing a prize draw where one Apple iPhone Air (512 GB) and SP Connect motorcycle gear will be raffled among all participants.
Participation is possible exclusively by subscribing to the SP Connect newsletter via the form provided at the trade fair booth or online.
2. Data we process
When participating, we process the following personal data:
- E-mail address
- Time of registration
- Fair-related participation note (e.g. “EICMA 2025”)
- Confirmation status of the newsletter registration (double opt-in)
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
a) Conduct of the contest
The processing of your data for the execution of the contest (e.g. selection and notification of winners) is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).
b) Sending the SP Connect newsletter
The use of your e-mail address for our newsletter is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — for example, via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by e-mailing support@sp-connect.eu.
4. Newsletter service provider: Klaviyo
The newsletter is sent via Klaviyo, 125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Klaviyo processes your data solely on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Transfers to the USA take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For more information, please refer to the Klaviyo Privacy Policy.
5. Duration of storage
- Data collected as part of the contest will be stored until the contest has been fully completed.
- Newsletter data will be stored as long as your consent remains active. After withdrawal, your data will be deleted or anonymized unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Recipients of data
Your data is processed internally only by employees responsible for marketing and IT. External recipients are exclusively:
- Klaviyo (newsletter distribution)
- Technical service providers assisting with hosting or execution of the contest.
- Your data will not be disclosed to third parties for other purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

8. Voluntary participation
Participation in the contest is voluntary but linked to newsletter subscription. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting your participation in the contest.

In occasione della EICMA 2025 (6–9 novembre 2025), organizziamo un concorso a premi in cui verranno estratti tra tutti i partecipanti un Apple iPhone Air (512 GB) e accessori moto SP Connect.
La partecipazione è possibile esclusivamente tramite l’iscrizione alla newsletter SP Connect, utilizzando il modulo disponibile presso lo stand in fiera o online.
2. Dati personali trattati
Nel contesto della partecipazione trattiamo i seguenti dati personali:
- Indirizzo e-mail
- Data e ora di registrazione
- Indicazione relativa alla partecipazione alla fiera (es. “EICMA 2025”)
- Stato di conferma dell’iscrizione alla newsletter (double opt-in)
3. Finalità e basi giuridiche del trattamento
a) Svolgimento del concorso
Il trattamento dei dati per l’esecuzione del concorso (ad es. selezione e comunicazione dei vincitori) avviene ai sensi dell’art. 6, par. 1, lett. b del GDPR (esecuzione di un contratto).
b) Invio della newsletter SP Connect
L’utilizzo dell’indirizzo e-mail per l’invio della newsletter si basa sul consenso dell’utente ai sensi dell’art. 6, par. 1, lett. a del GDPR.
È possibile revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, con effetto futuro — ad esempio tramite il link di disiscrizione presente in ogni newsletter o scrivendo a support@sp-connect.eu.
4. Fornitore del servizio di newsletter: Klaviyo
L’invio della newsletter è gestito da Klaviyo, 125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Klaviyo tratta i dati esclusivamente per nostro conto sulla base di un contratto di nomina a responsabile del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR).
Il trasferimento dei dati negli Stati Uniti avviene conformemente all’EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Ulteriori informazioni sono disponibili nella Informativa sulla privacy di Klaviyo.
5. Durata della conservazione
- I dati raccolti per il concorso vengono conservati fino al completamento definitivo del concorso.
- I dati relativi alla newsletter vengono conservati finché il consenso rimane attivo. Dopo la revoca, i dati saranno cancellati o anonimizzati, salvo obblighi di conservazione previsti dalla legge.
6. Destinatari dei dati
I dati sono trattati internamente solo dal personale responsabile del marketing e dell’IT. I destinatari esterni sono esclusivamente:
- Klaviyo (servizio di invio newsletter)
- Eventuali fornitori di servizi tecnici che supportano l’hosting o la gestione del concorso
- I dati non saranno trasmessi a terzi per altre finalità.
7. Diritti dell’interessato
L’utente ha in qualsiasi momento il diritto di:
- Accesso ai dati (art. 15 GDPR)
- Rettifica (art. 16 GDPR)
- Cancellazione (art. 17 GDPR)
- Limitazione del trattamento (art. 18 GDPR)

La partecipazione al concorso è volontaria ma collegata all’iscrizione alla newsletter SP Connect.

1. Zweck und Ablauf des Gewinnspiels
Im Rahmen der EICMA 2025 (6.–9. November 2025) veranstalten wir ein Gewinnspiel, bei dem unter allen Teilnehmer:innen ein Apple iPhone Air (512 GB) sowie SP Connect Motorrad Gear verlost wird.
Die Teilnahme erfolgt ausschließlich durch die Anmeldung zum SP Connect Newsletter über das bereitgestellte Formular am Messestand oder online.
2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Im Rahmen der Teilnahme verarbeiten wir folgende personenbezogene Daten:
- E-Mail-Adresse
- Zeitpunkt der Registrierung
- Messebezogener Teilnahmehinweis (z. B. „EICMA 2025“)
- Bestätigungsstatus der Newsletter-Anmeldung (Double-Opt-in)
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen der Verarbeitung
a) Durchführung des Gewinnspiels
Die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels (z. B. Ermittlung und Benachrichtigung der Gewinner:innen) erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).
b) Versand des SP Connect Newsletters
Die Nutzung Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse für den Versand unseres Newsletters erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen – z. B. über den Abmeldelink im Newsletter oder per E-Mail an support@sp-connect.eu.
4. Versanddienstleister: Klaviyo
Der Newsletter-Versand erfolgt über Klaviyo, 125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Klaviyo verarbeitet Ihre Daten ausschließlich in unserem Auftrag auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags (Art. 28 DSGVO).

5. Dauer der Speicherung
- Die im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels erhobenen Daten werden bis zur endgültigen Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels gespeichert.
- Newsletter-Daten werden so lange gespeichert, wie Ihre Einwilligung aktiv ist. Nach Widerruf werden Ihre Daten gelöscht oder anonymisiert, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
6. Empfänger der Daten
Ihre Daten werden intern nur von den für Marketing und IT zuständigen Mitarbeitenden verarbeitet. Externe Empfänger sind ausschließlich:
- Klaviyo (Newsletter-Versand)
- ggf. technische Dienstleister, die beim Hosting oder bei der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels unterstützen
- Eine Weitergabe an Dritte zu anderen Zwecken erfolgt nicht.

Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist freiwillig, aber an die Anmeldung zum SP Connect Newsletter gekoppelt.
Sie können den Newsletter jederzeit wieder abbestellen, ohne dass dies Ihre Gewinnspielteilnahme beeinträchtigt.
